Henryk Zagorski born in Grodek, Ukraine. He gained artistic education in Moscow and Odessa, and learned to be a restorer from Lithuanian Masters. He participated in exhibitions in Ukraine, Poland, and the USA. His easel paintings can be found in such countries as: Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Lithuania, Canada, and the USA.

Sgraffito

These are drawings as well as patterns carved and scraped up on a wet plaster. In renaissance, whole facades, buildings, and walls were decorated this way. As time goes on, the technique started to be used also inside the buildings.

At present, this technique is well known among the architects and interior decorators who create two-layer decorative paintings.
